Farmer stories showcasing sustainability in practise

We will be joined by several farmers talking about their own experiences and their sustainability journey so far. We will hear how they have measured their environmental footprint baseline, how they subsequently identified and decided what action to take. How do they track their progress and what will be the next challenges they will tackle.

We will be joined by:

• A dairy unit with a focus on optimising performance within the milk feeding period.
• A dairy farm using regenerative methods, making the most from milk from forage and not assuming sustainability comes from scaling up systems. 
• A mixed beef and sheep enterprise speaking about how they can reduce their footprint whilst remaining profitable and how to work alongside other farmers in the area.
